To be eligible for a refund, you must:

1. Request a refund within 60 days of placing the order.

2. Provide a valid reason for the refund request.

Refund Timeline

Refund requests will be processed within:

1. 48 hours for cash refunds.

2. 30 days for credit refunds.

Refund Amount Calculation

The refund amount will be calculated as:

1. Cash Refund: Order Value (excluding taxes) - (Cancellation Fee + Earned Fee + Government Fee/External Fee Paid)

2. Credit Refund: Order Value (excluding taxes) - (Earned Fee + Government Fee/External Fee Paid)

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value  will be charged for every refund request.

External Factors

We cannot guarantee results or outcomes due to external factors beyond our control, including:

1. Regulatory rejection.

2. Technical issues.

3. Timeline changes.

Liability Limitation

Our maximum liability is limited to the fee collected for services.

Jurisdiction

Disputes or claims will be governed by laws,and courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
